Glenwood Road Shared Claim Act
This Act hereby states the terms and conditions under which roadways owned by the United States and other nations may be used by Akar and its people and the nation in question and its people which lead through claimed Akari territory.
Akar, by the authority of Emperor Robert McCreed, is to peacefully allow travel along these roads by citizens of either nation claiming the road. That is to say that if a motorist or cyclist were to travel upon the road in question in a peaceful manner, stopping only in the case of a true emergency or otherwise unavoidable reason, Akar nor the nation in question will not interfere with their travel by any means unless either nation is pursuing the traveler(s) as a criminal offender or suspect.
No traveler(s) peacefully traveling on the road need stop at any customs office to have their passport stamped nor declare their business with government officials of either nation. In the case of an emergency stop or otherwise unavoidable reason, the Akari National Guardsmen will aid the traveler and confirm their intent to merely pass through the area.
Travelers upon the road in question who stop their travel intentionally will be reported to the Akari Guardsmen and investigated by the same. If the travelers have business in Akar, they will be directed and escorted by the Guardsmen to the customs office for proper entry into the country. If they have no business in Akar, they will be asked to leave the area. If they do not comply, they will be removed by non-lethal force if necessary, or detained by the Akari Guardsmen, their local police force notified, and deported in the custody of their local police force.
By the authority of Emperor Robert McCreed, this Act is made effective no sooner than its publication date, September 3, 2015.
